Check you qualify
Open to high school students heading to university and to students already enrolled at Beirut Arab University.

Gather your documents
A photo, your ID and your latest grades. Photograph them with your phone — clear pictures are fine.

Fill in the form
Six short sections. Your answers are saved in your browser as you go, so a lost connection costs you nothing.

Track your status
You get a reference number straight away, and an email the moment the committee reaches a decision.

No. Applying is completely free, and we will never ask you for a payment at any stage of the process.
Yes. Academic results matter, but so does your situation and what you write in your scholarship statement. Take your time with that section — it is read carefully.
Yes. Your answers are saved in your browser as you fill the form, so you can close the page and return to it on the same device. Uploaded files need to be selected again.
You will receive an email at the address you gave us as soon as a decision is made. You can also check at any time on the Track Application page using your reference number.
Go to the Track Application page and use the "Forgot your reference number?" form at the bottom. We will email it back to you.
